Timing
- School Hours: 8:45 AM — 4:00 PM. Students must be in class by 8:45 AM.
- Gate Pass: Late entry requires Principal permission and a Gate Pass.
LEAVES
- Submission of Leave Application addressed to The Principal is mandatory.
In case of more than accompany the ward to meet the Principal. Medical Certificate must be submitted for long absence illness.
UNIFORM
- All students must wear neatly ironed uniform with Belt, Tie, Shoes and ID Card.
Low hip and pencil tight pants will not be permitted in the school.
RULE OF LANGUAGE
In order to acquire proficiency in spoken English, all students must compulsory converse in English as possible.
EXAMINATIONS & TESTS
- Writing of all Tests and Examinations with utmost sincerity is expected from each student.
All P Examinations will be considered for promotion. Request Letter for retest must be handed over emergency leaves during examinations.
EVENTS & PROGRAMMES
Participation in competitions, cultural programmes, games and physical activities is compulsory, only on medical grounds.
CODE OF CONDUCT
- Students are required to be courteous and disciplined.
- Use of abusive language, passing filthy or vulgar comments will invite stern action Students must or any other Electronic gadgets to school.
- Bringing motorcycle/scooter to the school is strictly banned.
- Posting of any adverse comments on social media tarnishing the name of staff.
- Students will be dealt with an iron hand.
- Use of expensive watches and ornaments must be avoided. The school will not be responsible for the loss.
- Damage to the school property, however small, will not be condoned.
- Writing/Scratching or defacing the school walls /furniture is punishable with a fine. Immoral con will justify immediate dismissal.
- Parents should check the School Diary and sign the work done page daily.
- Parents are advised to visit the school website (samadhschool.in) for the regular updates.
- Parents are not permitted to meet teachers or wards during class hours. In case of emergency.
- All parents must attend PTM (Parent by Teacher Meeting ) to know the progress of their ward.
- Ensure to pay the School Fee on the stipulated time. Delay in Payment will entail fine. (Late Fee, delay).

The Physical Education Department of Samadh School has certainly raised the bar in Sports & Games and continues to be the pipeline for getting selected to the state and National Teams. In the last 6 years, we have produced hundreds of students in Sports and Games who have won medals not only at District level and State level but also at National level and commonwealth Games. The School is proud of the Physical Education Staff as they are also appointed for officiating State level and District level Athletic championships.

- He is the pride of our school. He has won 2 Gold Medal in the event Long Jump and High Jump in the National Under – 17 Athletic Meet held at Gujarat.
- He has also won 1 Gold Medal and 1 Silver Medal in High Jump at the state level V – 17 Athletic Meet held to Madurai and Chennai respectively.
