General Guidelines

SCHOOL RULES AND REGULATIONS

             All Rules have been framed considering our students' character formation, safety and well being: Hence, all students are expected to abide by them. Violation of these guidelines, would attract serious action.

1. TIMING:

School Hours 8.45am to 4.00pm. All students must be in their respective classes by 8.45am for the Zero Hour. Late comers must get Principal's permission before entering the classes, Gate pass is compulsory in case of leaving the campus during school hours.

2. LEAVES:

Submission of Leave Application addressed to The Principal is mandatory. In case of more than 2 days leave, Parents must accompany the ward to meet the Principal. Medical

Certificate must be submitted for long absence of illness.

3. UNIFORM:

All students must wear neatly ironed uniform with Belt, Tie, Shoes, Socks and

ID Card. Low hip and pencil tight pants will not be permitted in the school.

Hair Style (Boys) - Hair must be trimmed short. Styles and trendies will not be permitted.

Hair Style (Girls) - Two plaits folded up and tied neatly with black ribbon

4. RULE OF LANGUAGE:

In order to acquire proficiency in spoken English, all students must compulsorily converse in English in school (and home as far as possible)

5. EXAMINATIONS & TESTS:

Writing of all Tests and Examinations with utmost sincerity is expected from each student. All Periodic Tests(PT) and Term Examinations will be considered for promotion. Request Letter for Retest must be handed over to the Principal in case of emergency leaves during examinations.

6. EVENTS & PROGRAMMES:

Participation in competitions, cultural programmes, games and physical activities is compulsory. Exemption will be granted only on medical grounds.

7. CODE OF CONDUCT:

• Students are required to be courteous and disciplined.
• Use of abusive language, passing filthy or vulgar comments will invite stern action Students must not bring MOBILE PHONES or any other Electronic gadgets to school.
• Bringing motorcycle/scooter to the school is strictly banned.
• Posting of any adverse comments on social media tarnishing the name of staff.
• students will be dealt with an iron hand.
• Use of expensive watches and ornaments must be avoided. The school will not be
• responsible for the loss.
• Damage to the school property, however small, will not be condoned.
• Writing/Scratching or defacing the school walls/furniture is punishable with a fine. Immoral Conduct, Disrespect towards staff will justify immediate dismissal.

NOTE TO PARENTS:

• Parents should check the School Diary and sign the Work Done Page daily.
• Parents are advised to visit the school website (www.samadhschool in) for regular updates.
•  Parents are not permitted to meet teachers or wards during class hours. In case of emergency, seek Principal's permission.
• All parents must attend PTM (Parent  by sweeTeacher Meeting) to know the progress of their ward and the school.
• Ensure to pay the School Fee on the stipulated time. Delay in Payment will entail Fine. (Late Fee. of Rs.500/- per each month of delay).
